Library exercise

For new students

The library exercise is a part of the course T-106.1003 IT Services at the Aalto University School of Science and Technology. The course can be found in the Noppa portal. Kirsi Heino is responsible for the library part of the course. The library exercise consists of the following parts:

  • library information
  • tour in the library
  • exercise on TEEMU and TENTTU databases
  • locating exercise
  • exercise on electronic resources

In the exercise you will learn to use the library databases, locate publications and get an overview of the electronic resources. Please fill in the exercise paper carefully because it is the evidence that you have completed the library exercise. You can also ask about library use from the leader of the exercise or you can contact the information service.
