Even after graduating, the services of the Aalto University Otaniemi Campus Library are still available for people acting in the branch of technology, serving as support for studying, learning and working life.

In the printed and electronic collections of the library there are publications of all educational and research fields of the Aalto University Schools of Technology, i.e. technology and supporting branches of science. Academic journals are an essential part of collections. There are almost 26,000 electronic journals available which can be accessed from premises of the library and via the School of Science and Technology network, and there are over 200 databases, too. The printed collections include for instance text books, classic and current works of technology, and report series.

Materials

TEEMU collection database includes information of publications in the collections of the libraries at the Otaniemi campus. Electronic materials can be found from Nelli portal. The materials can be used for research, education and studying by Aalto University students, researchers, teachers and other employees within the Otaniemi campus network.

The library does accept donations of books, journals and other documents if they complete current collections.

Searching for information

Information specialists guide you for instance in retrieving information, using electronic resources, and they also perform chargeable searches. You can send questions to the information specialist on duty by email, form, or phone.

Materials that are not included in the collections of the libraries at the Otaniemi campus can be ordered as interlibrary service from elsewhere in Finland or from abroad.
