Instructions for electronic publishing

The recommended way is to publish a doctoral dissertation or other university's own publication is in the Aalto publication series (see Information about publications).

The instructions of the Aalto series (also electronic format), word and LaTeX templates and the publication platform are available at Aalto Inside: https://inside.aalto.fi/display/AboutAalto/Aalto+publication+series.

Otaniemi Campus Library publishes the theses of the Aalto University Schools of Technology (doctoral dissertations, master's theses, and licentiate theses) as well as the publications of the Aalto University publication series TIEDE+TEKNOLOGIA, SCIENCE+TECHNOLOGY, and CROSSOVER in electronic format. Also publications of Schools of Tehnology published outside Aalto series as well as older reports, doctoral dissertations, master’s and licentiate theses of the School of Technology are published in electronic format.

Töölö Campus Library takes care of electronic publishing of the doctoral dissertations, licentiate and master’s theses of the Aalto University School of Economics and also the publications published in the Aalto University KAUPPA+TALOUS, BUSINESS+ECONOMY and CROSSOVER series.

Arabia Campus Library and Publication Unit of the Aalto University School of Art and Design takes care of the electronic publication of their own publications.
