Text books
The text book collection consists of the literature defined by the Aalto University course requirements.
There are 2-9 borrowable copies of the text books in the B collection. Their loan period is two weeks. They can be recognized by the label "loan period two weeks" on the book cover.
In addition there is one copy of each text book which is intended for reading room use. It can be taken home only for an overnight or weekend loan. The reading room copies are in the second floor of the library in the room next to the small reading room. The books are in the reading room shelves in alphabetical order according to the author's name. However, if the book has more than three authors or if the author has only edited the book, the book is found by the title.
Electronic text books
In Aalto Universit electronic text books are also in use and they are available via the Nelli portal under e-book services. The e-books can also be found in the Alli collection database.
